"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente decepcionante. Desde nuestra llegada tuvimos múltiples problemas que jamás fueron resueltos adecuadamente.
Nos cambiaron de habitación en dos ocasiones debido a que no había agua. Además, la televisión nunca tuvo señal durante toda la estancia. Los elevadores son un verdadero problema: solamente uno parecía funcionar correctamente, lo que provocaba filas enormes y tiempos de espera excesivos para poder subir o bajar de la habitación.
