Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position. I already miss the hotel. The staff were warm, gracious, and exceptionally attentive. The property itself is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
