"The surprise upgrade to my room when I checked it was nice. The room and staff were nice overall, and the food I ordered for room service was amazing. The view of the ocean/sea from my room was beautiful. I really enjoyed the selections available for breakfast; that’s the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a hotel in Izmir. The only issue I had was with the water color in the shower/tub. It was a bit yellowish until you let it run a little while."

"Everything is good but the AC simply doesn’t cool down the rooms. I prefer to sleep at 20 degrees and even though it is winter time, the room was at 24 degrees after the ac worked whole night. This is not my first time in here, this is always the case. "

I enquired about a breakfast, didn’t end up having it then they tried to charge me for it. Saying I signed for it, I didn’t took them 48 hrs to look into this and they said they would call me to let me know They didn’t I had to keep going back to reception to ask. Then there’s the €100 a night deposit they ask for either in cash ( their own...

"I loved everything about our stay and the helpfulness of the staff. We stayed in April, so the weather was lovely, when we asked if room temperature could be switched to cooling we were told this would not be available but was something that was going to be an option in the future. This would truly make the stay 100% perfect."
