The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We stayed in a Lushna Petite. It was just right for the 2 of us. Love the simple elegance and comfort. No screens and basic amenities that were well done, like the single serve pour over coffee and small fridge. Very clean. One thing to note is that the curtain on the large window was perhaps a tad bit small, there were cracks that if someone was creepy, they could peek inside. But we loved all the natural light and overall coziness of the room....
