Everything was provided and we didn’t want for anything. The perfect lodge stay.

Breakfast area was tiny. Morning shower only lukewarm. Most of the staff were courteous and cheerful. WIFI good.

Had a fantastic stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, and an added bonus I didn’t know before I booked it was they had free paddle boards and kayaks for hire on Lake Placid. A few of the gas fire pits were out of gas which was a shame. The location was great, close to the shops on mirror lake and plenty of things to do like Whiteface mountain.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Easy parking. Just around the corner from the main street of shops and restaurants and also the beautiful lake. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.

Had a deluxe room which had a patio which looked over the lake & private beach. They have free hire of pedalos & other things which I didn't realise until the day I was leaving. Free parking too Staff were all very friendly & room spotless.

Very nice, updated hotel. No coffee in room, but available in the lobby area. They did have Kurig, as the coffee was not hot in the coffee dispenser. Staff was friendly and great! Rooms are smaller, but cozy, clean and updated bath area. Robes provided which I always find nice when I travel.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely peaceful setting with great amenities. Quality rooms, super comfy beds and lovely balcony and sitting area.
