"Don’t book here even if you are tempted; unless you are friends with the owner or you will have many, many problems to deal with …. Expedia helps resolve problems very well. But save yourself the energy. Ya understand. "

"After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

10/10 Excellent
I would recommend the Scarlett Guesthouse to friends and family. Wonderful staff and such a relaxing authentic venue and location. No complaints whatsoever. I’ll certainly return there on my next trip. The staff are amazing and genuinely accommodating.
