Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back.

Lovely stay.
Great breakfast, although you are only allowed 1 coffee otherwise you pay which seems strange.
Very luxurious pool area.
Everywhere very clean and well maintained. Hardly a scuff on any wall. Pool beautifully clean.

Great stay very near Kalamata airport. Huge lovely room, good breakfast. Also located near local taverna for late evening meal on arrival. Recommended.

Just came back from an amazing stay at Horizon Blu in Kalamata.
On arrival we were told our room had been upgraded and that we had been given a superior suite which was absolutely gorgeous and made the holiday so special. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated with an outdoor pool and spacious balcony.
The staff at the hotel were fantastic: helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us arrange a sea kayaking excursion and made sure I had soya milk available at...

Incredible place to stay. The most beautifully restored small hotel that makes for a very special and unique experience. The owner, Efes, could not have been more friendly and hospitable. The nicest hotel breakfast we’ve had in ages. All of the Kalamata old town charm is right on the doorstep too.

Washing machine and outdoor space to hang clothes 👙
Lovely shower🚿
Good aircon 🌬
The location depends on your point of view / preferences, but a 10 minute walk to old town nightlife was perfect for us. 👌
