A million star hotel with a custom shower... Once a bubbly town during the British era, the village of Agumbe is now almost abandoned with a population of around 500. It rests along the western coastal region of south India and receives one of the highest amount of rainfall anywhere in the world. One does wonder... would these be happening if the village had become a town?!!!!!.... This pic was taken near one of the many waterfalls in and around the area. "I stayed in room no 4. Hotel Room was very small Little bit congested. Approach road to hotel was very narrow & mud road, no lights on the road, night times very difficult to go to hotel by car. Very near to Temple. Nothing is available near the hotel and one cannot go out after 7 pm due to pitch dark. "
