"It's a unique property, built in the 19th century. The suite is on the 3rd floor, the staff was very helpful to move our luggage to and from the room, as there's no elevator. There's no AC in the room, it wasn't necessary in May. The bathroom is clean and luxurious with soaking tub and shower. There's no drinking water provided in the room, bottled water is available in the mini bar. Location is in between Drosselgrasse and Eltville. The restaurant is amazing. "

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in Koblenz und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück auch gut. Zimmer mit Klima und ausreichend groß. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind, dass man morgens zu Stoßzeiten recht lange auf den Fahrstuhl wartet und die Betten, wenn man sich umdreht, verrutschen, da sie Rollen haben und nicht miteinander verschraubt sind.
