"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso ..."
