"Had one problem that really irritated, I was told when I arrived that I could stay until 1300 no problem and then the next day I was told I couldn't. Something else I didn't like was the welcome letter saying dear Mr/Mrs Cederhall, I mean I am a widow and I don't like it when addressed like ..."
