Staff were excellent, hotel was beautiful.

I had an excellent massage and we liked the novelty of canoeing down to the beach. The front of house staff were excellent however the restaurant was less so.

I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff.

Xandari Pearl is a great Hotel for Marari Beach..it has pathway that goes straight to the beach. The room I had was a mini villa with a small garden and hammock. The only thing to be aware is that the toilet and shower is enclosed but open to the outdoors so may take getting used to. Also no TV in the room but wifi was fast and stable. Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.

Its an amazing hotel tucked away facing the lake. I loved the Aapams and the Mini Fishing Net. The facilities needed to be updated such as A/C & The Shower Head However it was a peaceful environment and the one room house boat was stunning

You must stay here if you want a Heritage Property rather than a generic hotel. Previous reviews online mention... Swimming Pool - No damage to any tiles and is spotlessly clean. This is a perfect location for a Indian romantic getaway. The houseboat station is right outside.

A fantastic spot from which to explore the Kerala backwaters. The hotel organised a half-day Sikkara boat tour and for the remainder of our (too short) stay we relaxed by the pool and dined on the beach. Recommended!

The property is GOOD Well maintained Vintage property … But it’s neither beach front nor beach view rooms… And it doesn’t have private beach….
