"This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely staff, amazing attention, family managed. The restaurant, the attention and the food & cafe were oustanding! Rooms well maintaned and with great air conditioning, safe parking for the car too. Feels great and quiet! Thank you guys! Would recommend 100%."

"The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again."

"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere in Ravenna. There are very few restaurants that are in walking distance. There was dental floss on the floor behind the sink area. We stayed 2 nights and the whole time was not removed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I think this hotel needs to do a lot of upgrades since there will be a lot more cruise passengers coming through in the future."

"This property was absolutely fantastic. Just 1 block from the Main Street where all the dining is (I’d actually call it half a block US). The owners are absolutely fantastic. They don’t speak English so great but their daughter does speak some English as does the person that helped us make the payment. I just use Google translate to help communicate with the counter and it was a fantastic experience. They were so thrilled to have us there. They seem so very excited to have us as an American...

"Very convenient for the railway station and walking into the city. Hotel with helpful staff, although it’s very basic. Breakfast was average. Lots of processed foods, but coffee was fresh! We chose this hotel as we were using the trains to arrive and depart from Ravenna. Unfortunately, the area is quite run down with many dubious characters hanging around. Certainly avoid the area of Speyer Garden directly opposite the railway station."

"Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return."
