Checl in went smooth with the clear instructions.
Our premier room was spotless clean. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Bedding was nice and soft.
Large shower was powerful.
Air con/heat worked perfectly.
Just needs a double socket by the bed so we can use our phone chargers and bedside lamps at the sams time.
Location is 10/10

I love this place!!! There are so many good restaurants around the hotel. It is in the perfect location.
The hotel is clean. The decoration is great. The communication is perfect too.
There is nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Alicante.

Great concept rooms in a fab location, just a few minutes from the esplanade. Fabulous rooftop terrace with private access and all the amenities you could ask for. The room was tidy, but there were some crumbs (guessing from the previous guests) under the table and on the chairs.
We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage for us. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, even allowing me to practice my rusty Spanish with them!

Excellent hotel, cleanliness and comfort of room was 5 star.
Hotel staff extremely helpfull with great guidance on local attractions.
The only negative thing was the high price of parking at the hotel car park!! We were on a self drive tour of Spain and had a hire car hence the need for parking.

Excellent spacious property right in the historic area of Alicante. Everything was within easy walking distance. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
We were allowed to check in early for free which was great with a mid morning arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments would rebook again ourselves.

This was our second time at Apartamentos Tito, although it was our first at the San Nicolas Apts. Both times were great. The apartments come with everything you need except for an oven, although it has a microwave combi oven. The owner and staff could not be more helpful.
In terms of location, you could not be better placed. The apartments are only minutes away from the beach, shops, and most sights.
We will return - highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, rooms are excellent and clean, staff are very helpful and polite. You can hire beach equipment for easiness and at good price. Location is very good with tram stop few minutes away taking you to busy central beach or main city centre. Local beach also few minutes walk. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring
Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead
