"This was a great find for a last minute trip. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and good options. My only issue was the broken ice maker on the main level. You had to go up to the3rd or 4th floors for ice. At least they were right by the elevators."

"When I see a listing for breakfast, I assume that means it’s complimentary & that wasn’t the case here at all. They offer a bistro in the lobby that serves breakfast, but nothing about it is complimentary. And then they advertise there is a pool, when in fact they haven’t had a pool since Jan 2026. The two reasons I booked this hotel & they falsely advertise it to get guests.
Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back."
