The fitness centre was just your very basic stuff, but there is a pool, but not a length pool more for kids to play. The walls were bare and waiting for paint when we were there, obviously mid-update. Staff were nice and helpful, everything you would expect.

Pros: Room was cleaned and comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Cons: Main bathroom in the lobby and lobby floors were not cleaned. The breakfast room is very small. Overall the building is under repairs, therefore poor appearance. I would have appreciated a discounted price.

The complex is undergoing renovations that are nearly complete. The refresh is appealing. Our room was clean, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, TV, ironing board and iron. The complimentary breakfast is very good, with a few menu changes each day. Parking can get pretty full. When we arrived late on Saturday night, the only elevator was out of service, and there was no staff that could help us get our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The elevator was repaired and back in service Monday. In general, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, but we were disappointed in the response of the desk person who checked us in Saturday. The person was professional, but not very helpful. Management helped us get everything on track, and the rest of our stay went very well.

We went with 4 small children and 2 elderly people and our room was on the third floor. The elevator did not work for the whole time we stayed and walking up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. There was a leak on the third floor hallway with a garbage bin blocking the walk way. The room smelled like cigarettes. Staff was friendly
