We had only a weekend trip, why would it be even a problem for such a premium hotel to give rooms in these conditions to guests? After I reported that the toilet in my room had an issue, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. We stayed in the larger room with the big balcony (amazing by the way) and it was clean, simple and smelled great.
