"The apartment is very outdated. There was an ant problem, and the place smelled like Raid. There is only a hand-held shower with no curtain, and there is no curtain on the bathroom window, which has shutters that can be opened from the outside. The staff that greeted us at check-in was very polite and friendly."

"This is a nice boutique hotel run by a family for three generations. It is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood yet is close to the cable car and the town center. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly."

It is up the hill, and thr parking is far and challenging, just as they communicated in an email before we arrived. We were able to find parking at P1 and take a shuttle to the the common area to walk up to the hotel. "

"Coming to visit from the U.S. this type of hotel is charming, not new or renovated but like walking back in time and visiting Grandma. Simple, sweet and wholesome. Took a morning walk at 7 am and wow! The beauty of this little village is unforgettable and after a quick breakfast, it took us only 10 minutes to travel to Halstatt and beat the crowds for an unforgettable walk through that postcard beauty."

"Amazing place right on the outside of Hallstatt marketplace such a beautiful community. Felt like we were in a fairy tale. Unfortunately did not realize until leaving that bikes were available for free. Would’ve loved to have had that highlighted at the top of the amenities list however this hotel is magical and I highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider staying here."
