"They had fresh baked cookies in the evening and coffee, tea and hot water in the lobby. A nice little library area to study and breakfast also had a nice variety with yogurt, eggs, sausage and pastries. our room was spacious and had a little patio. the front desk was very welcoming and friendly."

"Our stay was due to a surgery the next morning at UCSF and we needed to check out at 5:00 am the following morning. It so happened that we arrived at the hotel just as a SF ball game was ending. Traffic and parking was a nightmare. I checked in while my husband circled the block looking for parking. Hotel staff was really accommodating and allowed us to park in their loading zone until traffic cleared. They have a parking garage nearby, but it doesn’t open in the mornings as early as we needed...

"Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich Potenzial, allerdings war unser Zimmer leider renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders das Badezimmer hat keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Vor allem die Dusche war nicht sauber – es waren noch Seifenreste vorhanden und einige Stellen waren deutlich vergilbt. Insgesamt hätte ich mir für den Preis einen deutlich besseren Zustand und mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht."
