"The hotel staff is very friendly. I checked in much earlier than the scheduled time. I worried a little bit when I knew that there is not front desk. But it has worked out just fine. The location is right in the center of the actions. I could walk from the hotel to restaurants, theater, opera house, and museums. I west to Salzburg for its international music festival. I could walk to the concerts and operas every day from the hotel, very convenient. Even though it is in the middle busy city, the room is very quiet and charming. I have had a wonderful time. Will highly recommend it to family and friends. "
