Hotel is older but clean and cheap. We reserved 3 rooms, 2 rooms were great but in 1 room no working A/C.

Staff very friendly and accommodating and a nice place to stay, however they need to do some upkeep as starting to go down hill a little, hot tub still broke, our door wouldn’t latch, torn curtains in our room just little things that start adding up.

Very friendly people. Clean rooms. I had to check out early because of family emergency back home and they refunded my money. I would stay there again.

Clean, staff were great, nice fridge and microwave in the room. Pool heater was broken which was a bummer but mostly disappointed that there was no breakfast despite it being advertised

Very clean hotel with excellent staff/service.

Received a clean, comfortable room for an economical price. Manager/staff were very kind and efficient. Limited breakfast due to COVID. They kept entryways and parking lot maintained in ice and snow. We had good internet service for work/computer access. Definitely will stay again!

This place was named as “Executive Inn”. It was not. When we arrived, it was called OYO. Room looked clean, but a roach was found on the bed. TV remote wouldn’t work, but went up to the desk to get a replacement. “Free breakfast” ended up being a stale honey bun.

Rude

The condition of the rooms was fine, however, the first one the lights didn’t work. So we switched rooms. The TV didn’t work half of the time, in either room. We had two rooms all together, my husband and I in one and the rest of the family in the other. Mind you, we have 4 women. We asked for toilet paper a few times and was told we are using too much. I’ve never heard of such a thing! Very rude if you ask me. The rates are super good, but after that I don’t know if we will stay again!

Feeling lonely?

The property was basically shut down. There was NO ONE there to speak to at the front desk. When we drove up and had parked for a few minutes some guy in what looked to be his pajamas hauled in from the side street and parked like a carzy guy!! Scared all of us!! He checked me in and told me the wifi info was in the room.... it wasn't so we didnt have wifi for the night. Then he gave us the key and got in his car and left. It was like a ghost town. I feel like we were the only people in the building! We never saw him again! Even to check out!!! I had to leave my keys on the front desk because Noone else was there at time of check out!! It was not welcoming nor was it in any condition for guests!! The ceiling had brown water stains. The curtains do not close so the window must remian opened at all time. The sheer curtains were stained pretty heavily with rust or blood stains. There were beard or pubic hairs on one of the beds... yes i cleaned it before we laid down! The mirror was nasty and looked to not have been cleaned in months! Everything was covered in about a half inch of dust!! It was not a comfy or clean place to stay!!

You advertise that theee is a free breakfast, there was nobody Evan at the desk at 6 in the morning ! I wanted to swim and door was locked for the swim pool

Pleasantly surprised

This hotel was quiet. From the time we checked in to the time we left, we were pleased with almost all aspects. The room was quiet, the beds comfortable, the towels were decently soft, everything in the room worked well, the breakfast had the basics. There was even an indoor pool! The only thing we lacked was bar soap, but it likely would have been available had we called the front desk.
