"The place is adorable but very old amenities like the showers, etc. The grounds are nice with a beautiful pool. There is a cute, old playground and tennis court. Breakfast is good. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and bathroom grout could use some scrubbing. The host and employees were extremely nice and welcoming. Wish we would have had time to hang out at the location. Free bikes to ride around. "

"Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. Serra de Estrela is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to go back. Their jacuzzi was out of order and their spa pool has only one waterfall working, hence the 4 stars on the condition. Breakfast is quite good. One of our dinners was superb, the second dinner was so so. Service was nice. All in all I would consider staying there again. You can’t beat the location."

"Das Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela war eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend behoben. Der Wunsch meiner Frau nach einem kleineren Kissen wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück liess für uns keine Wünsche offen. Da hatte es alles was man in einem Hotel erwarten darf. Das Hotel als Ausgangslage für Wanderungen ist sehr gut gelegen. Parkplätze hat es mehr als genug. Dieses Hotel...
