"Horrible experience! Staff was very slow and room service was disappointing! Room was outdated and appliances/lights barely worked. However, nothing compares to the elevator. There was an elevator malfunction and it slammed shut quickly on my toddlers head!!! The hotel staff apologized but to what ..."
