"Hot tub jets broken. Hot tub filthy. Toilet backed up, had to get the plunger from the desk to fix. Phone in room did not work. Breakfast was good. With a little work this could be a great hotel."

"Not the best area of Roseville, a lot of sketch guest, I would say not very safe for children. Very dirty, felt like it was a truckers motel. Front desk was pleasant and the pool was little above average. I would never stay here again. If you look for very cheap hotel this is always an option."
