I had a great experience during my stay in Hyatt Amman, every service is impeccable including security, reception, my room was perfect every day and of course, food in the restaurants. My special thanks to Odai Issa at front desk for his advices and support. Also many thanks Mr Essam, house keeping, my room was wonderful every day. Hope to come back soon!

I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. There were only 2 channels in English and neither had good content so I used my laptop to watch YouTube. Breakfast was good, variety of food and attentive staff. Sameers team were great. Reception staff were very helpful also. Had an issue with one of the staff members in the gym but this was quickly resolved by the hotel. They definitely pay attention to customer service.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. I stayed three days at this property and had a fantastic experience. If there any negative reviews, I cannot imagine why however, everybody’s experience is their own individual experience. I not only enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet, but every staff member made sure I was comfortable as I was traveling alone. If you’re looking to work out, enjoy very private women’s locker room that has its own whirl, pool, dry and wet sauna and showers. This is the place to be. I also enjoyed the Turkish bath and had a Dead Sea mud wrap a few days later before I left. Exceptional. It was great great experience thank you again Grand Hyatt. I will see you again.

I might not stay there again

To start with, no one helped me to carry my bags, instead, the security simply remind me ( carry your bags ). Check in was very slow. The receptionest was not professional in the communication. You can expect more from a 5 stars hotel staff . Very nice breakfast with a lot of tasty food to select from. The lady at eggs station was kind and professional. GYM, SPA and swimming pool was amazing. Room was good. Pillows are not comfortable. Overall. Room. Breakfast and spa were good. But check in was much below than average . In conclusion. For such price you pay. You can get much better options with better service
