"The receptionist was really helpful and kindly let us in to our room a little early after a long drive so we could freshen up before going to look around town. All staff pleasant and helpful. The town was a 15 minute walk to all the sites of interest. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread. Parking on site. We enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived and had a clean basic room. The hotel itself had a strange smell in the common areas but not in our room. The staff were helpful but no smiles or enthusiasm. We didn’t sleep well as the air conditioner in our room made a loud sound when it ran the pump, so we were woken by that regularly through the night."

"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Mercury Arras is a wonderful hotel. Had all the amenities we could have wished for. On every floor is a free water dispensing unit - cold water, room temp water and cold sparkling water!
