Excellent place!! A really relaxed home away from home, staff super helpful and friendly and stunning pool area perfect for a chilled getaway.

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff! Massive pool and private beach with towels provided. Staff always on hand if you need any refreshments and more than happy to help. Great rooms, large, well decorated and complete with all necessary amenities. Restaurants were a little pricey at the hotel so ventured into town for dinner which was excellent - Crab House a must for any seafood lovers. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

This place is absolute gem . Location seems remote but it’s easy walk to restaurants and beach plus Kingo will supply free bikes and golf buggy . The staff cannot do enough for you and included a free shuttle to our next hotel .

I think you will struggle to find a more exceptional hotel.

Peaceful location, bungalow accommodation laid out in gardens blending nicely with nature. Well-kept beach, lovely pool, good restaurants, fantastic breakfast buffet. If I had to be picky the serve yourself coffee at breakfast was never hot enough and the cups were too small but we got round it getting the waiting staff to make Americanos from their machine behind the bar.

We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend.

A lovely Hotel -- well worth it's 5 star rating . Right on the beach and excellent standards with very attentive staff. The price one pays for this Hotel ,however, should mean that Breakfast should be included in the price--- it is an insult to have to pay extra ( at $20 per person).Local diners got our custom.

We picked Peppercorn beach because of the great reviews and isolated location. We weren't disappointed - it was a wonderful place to kick back and relax. The staff are really sweet and seem focussed on making sure you are enjoying yourself, they really go the extra mile. Here's one example - we were just lagged when we stayed and awoke 90 mins after breakfast ended. We stumbled out to the breakfasts area and the staff quickly whipped us up a breakfast and made sure we had everything we...

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

Beautiful hotel and the staff in the Club Lounge were amazing

This resort has the barefoot elegance feel. It blends nicely into it's surroundings. It is situated on a quieter beach away from the main beach. But that's only a 15 min taxi ride away and easily accessible. Close by are a couple of nice restaurants and resorts so it's not too isolated. The hotel keep the grounds immaculate and the rooms are really comfortable. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, breakfasts are good, but the menu is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.

Beautiful setting for the hotel, right on the beach. Our room had a magnificent sea view, the perfect spot for catching a sunset. The only thing I would point out is that the "bungalow" is actually either an upstairs or downstairs apartment, and the steps to the upstairs are very steep and potentially slippy in the rain. If you are at all unsteady on your feet request a ground floor "bungalow". The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first day at breakfast I asked if they had gluten...
