"I will start with the staff. Everyone was absolutely incredible. Friendly and attentive. My fiancé and I were treated like family. The restaurant was incredible- food, service and ambiance. The only four star rating goes to amenities. The Turkish bath and steam area seemed outdated. We didn’t try it out for that reason. You also need a pool. "Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that."
