"The front desk staff was very helpful! I forgot an item in the room after checking out, and the front desk lady tried her best to help me retrieve it in time. I really appreciate her help! Excellent location, free shuttle to the airport, quite room. I will definitely stay again!"

"Clean big room. More parking space. Breakfast has more choices. Bed nice and soft. Location is excellent. Staff are helpful. Temperature if possible can be sequential in 1 vs 2 degrees. Towels are hard to skin, if possible add fabric softener."

"Very clean hotel, was a little old though. Staff were fine. Nothing special for a double tree. Definitely wasn't one of my favorite double trees."

"The room was nice and comfortable but I booked two queen beds but they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch . Then we discovered that one of the tvs didn’t work.So I called the staff and they said they would send a technician but they never came. The breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no waffles. Overall it was a good stay and I think they just made a small mistake. So I would still recommend this hotel for most people."

"Nice clean room, spacious, huge walk in shower. Shuttle for a charge and waited longer than anticipated as it's not continuous but associated with Holiday Inn Express. Hotel isolated from eateries in area, but Bistro staff pleasant although food selection overpriced."

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"This was so bad we didn't even stay. It felt unsafe and smelled weird and there was cleaning supplies left in the hall ways. It was not at all what was advertised, it was worth losing the money to stay someplace else."

"The Dylan is an amazing place to stay, just one BART stop from SFO, and walking distance to Millbrae Station. The staff (shoutout Nina!) was very nice and helpful, and their self-serve wine bar was a great treat after a long work day! Walking distance to some great Asian food, as well as a grocery stores and CVS, and a short Uber to downtown Burlingame, where there are more restaurant choices.
