"This is a stylish and elegant hotel in a great location (close to Union Square shopping, China town, and Market St [for tram to Fisherman’s Wharf]). My room was contemporary in decor and very cozy. It also had suprizingly good lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful and even managed to let me check-in early"

"The rooms on the street were noisy but tolerable. The (grab and go) breakfast was strange, the hotel had a strong perfume smell, hotel was musty, our Deluxe King Room was much smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The valet service was awesome. The free drinks were a can of sparkling water. I’d give it a 7 rating. . "
