"Our stay here was great. A perfect location, only 10 mins from the airport. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The one down side of the hotel is the breakfast. I would say the breakfast is lacking the local/ fresh san Francisco touch.. but overall grateful to have complimentary breakfast."

Continental breakfast was awesome-- waffles, breads, cereals, and plenty of fresh fruit and protein options. Kids liked the heated pool. "Checking in was rough at Hotel Riu The unfriendly clerk asked for my credit card which I didn’t have on me immediately so I went out to where my husband who was in the rental car(just got off a 6 hour flight.)He came in with me and gave his card and it was approved. We both went back to our vehicle after getting our key cards and the male clerk chased behind me and said my card didn’t go through. I ( felt like a criminal)so I followed him back in. He doubled checked and sure enough it hAD gone...

"The housekeeping staff were very lind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find the ice machine and opened my room when they saw my hands were full as i returned to my room in lare afternoon one day."

"Overall we had a very nice comfortable stay. We loved the evening snacks and complaintry drinks that were provided in the common area. The breakfast was really good. The line was long for omelets and cook to order eggs but it moves quickly. We slept very comfortably, the bed and pillows were just right. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a limit on adjusting the thermostat. Our room was set to 75, but for some reason I was still cold, however once I asked for a extra blanket...

"The hotel was good but the " continental " breakfast that they offer if very cheap. No eggs, sausages, or ham. Just bread you can put on cream cheese, honey, marmalade or bananas."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay near the airport. This property is so pet friendly and the well maintained courtyard and pool are gorgeous. Airport shuttle is convenient and parking is reasonable. We also love the walkability of the area and all the choices of dining options."
