If you are visiting for your first time to Costa Rica this is not the place. When we checked in at midnight we walked to our room, that was farthest from front desk, and the keys did not work. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it ...

The grounds at the facility were beautiful and well maintained. Check in was fast and simple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The view from our room was incredible of the Arenal Volcano.
