"The property itself is very beautiful, amazing views and very friendly people who are running it !! The issue is not with the accommodation but the fact Wotif have lied about the property in there booking. They state its a free pickup from the airport - FALSE ! they state it is a 10 mins walk to the volcano - FALSE (its a 2.5 hour walk down a mountain to get there - or a very expensive transfer 5,000VT for 45 mins by car ) - unless you fancy hiking in the middle of a jungle or you can afford...

"It's a very simple accommodation, but the dirth don't justify the simplicity. They should be more carefull with the hygiene in the rooms and in the kitchen. It's a family property, and the kids help in attendance, and I really appreciate they carefull with us, specially Ashley and Wesley, they are very nice, and Maurice is very organised with the trips.
