Splash Universe Resort
There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc.

The staff at the front desk were very resourceful and kind! The food was fresh and tasteful.

Hyatt Place Ann Arbor
The breakfast menu was fresh but the workers there are like robots. The doors to the room make a really loud noise when it closes, there was a group of people checking in late and they kept going in and out of their room until 4 AM.
