"The owner was very helpful. He booked a balloon flight for us. The pickup time was 5:30 AM and he was there at 5:30 AM waiting with us. The pickup van was late and he kept calling the company and made sure we got in the right van. He and his brother have a restaurant. They gave us 10% off and compared with the restaurant near by their restaurant has a better value. "

"This place was NOTHING as described in listing. Building appeared to be under construction-at least I hope it was as it was missing part of the roof and front doors. Linens on bed were dirty and towels had actual holes in them. Large holes. They also felt like sandpaper which I can only hope that it was because they were hand washed and air dried. "We chose this hotel for a one night stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice ! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly that it felt like visiting a family friend’s home. Since it is a Family run hotel, the atmosphere was very genuine and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless. "Mel is very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean. There was remodeling going on so the spa and indoor pool were not open, but based on the rest of the property they will be great when they are. The outdoor space is really charming. Also, a nice selection of Turkish crafts on the lobby. Easy walk into town and the travertines/Hieropolis - which are absolutely stunning and worth the visit plan on at least 4-5 hours."

"Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again."

"Hotel Pamukkale was the perfect place to stay while visiting. A 5 minute walk to the Travertine pools and a wonderful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure and steaming hot water. The host spoke great English and recommended wonderful places. I even saw him one night after dinner riding his scooter and he pulled over and asked if I needed/wanted a ride back to the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I will definitely return."
