"The hotel was clean, most of the staff were effective at costumer service and courteous. In many situations they were problem solvers and went above and beyond. There was only one situation when our reservation for the sauna was double booked and we did end up not using it and there was a day in which the elevator was out of service and we have to go down the stairs to meet a friend to go around the city. The Expedia advertised that they have a diamond shuttle service to the airport and we ended up paying for it. Supposedly what is called a diamond service is a relationship with a taxi company. Overall, it was a nice experience and the sea view from the bedroom was worth it! "
