"Dirty carpets and walls, nothing to do with cleaners. I don't think they wash carpets. Dust on shelves and drawers, all to do with cleaners. Swimming pool, although outdoor is very nice. Staff overall is nice too, but I wasn't happy with the state of the room for 4 star hotel."
