Deuxième séjour au Silken. L'emplacement, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le personne, le spa, et le parking sont au top. Hôtel avec tout le confort et au calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

we had a very unpleasant encounter at the pool. i spoke to the attendant who was kind and understanding, which i appreciated, however, there was no follow-up or any resolution.

Ausserordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception.
