"Clean room everyday, staff were friendly. Unfortunately the A/C was probably broken along with some of the plugs. We asked multiple times about A/C, as i couldn't sleep cause of how hot it was. Otherwise, cant complain !"

"Wonderful small hotel in a residential neighborhood with lovely compact but well-appointed rooms and wonderful staff. There’s a great little corner bar down the street with affordable drinks and snacks."

"The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They anticpated our needs and offered things we needed before we asked. Always greeted us with a smile. I never felt like I was getting "sold" on something. The rooms were excellent, and the AC kept us cool even in the 100+F degree heat that Paris was experiencing that weekend! I can't say enough about how great our stay was, top to bottom!"

"The breakfast was outstanding! Also, the restaurant was great and very useful for dinner after a long day. My only complaint was the construction. They are tearing up that street making it difficult to get around there. In addition, they were renovating the room next to us, which was noisy. However, at night, it was very quiet! Finally, explain to me why we couldn’t watch the World Cup in our room????!!! It was on at the bar but not in our room? Come on, guys! This is France! Make the game...

"Les oreillers sentaient mauvais , j’avais pas compris d’où venait l’odeur jusqu’au dernier jour , au fait ça venait des oreillers dès qu’on appuyait dessus , mais une odeur terrible , j’étais heureuse que le séjour se soit terminé Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre , deux jours de suite pas de légumes , vraiment le minimum syndical ."

"I had an amazing stay at Hôtel Botaniste. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and tucked away in a lovely part of the 16th arrondissement, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Rose and Maria. My luggage was lost by the airline when I arrived in Paris, and they went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly attentive, let me use the front desk phone, helped me communicate with the airport, and genuinely cared about getting my bag back....

"The first day my room was not ready for 2.5 hours beyond the check-in time (3pm). I was supposed to be informed if it was ready and it appeared they forgot about me. Besides that, the bathroom at times had a funky smell to it, though I can say I never did tell them to check that out because it wasn’t strong enough to make me want to pack everything up and move to a different room. Pretty friendly staff, especially the gentleman at night that got me extra towels when the housekeeper did not come...

"Nice hotel with easy access to the metro and wonderful restaurants. Nice that the rooms were air conditioned. Room was small but that is what we expected. Staff were friendly. Negatives were that both the shampoo/body wash and hand soap were empty when we arrived. The shower had a bad smell coming from the drain for most of the days we were there. I would recommend if you want a hotel outside of the city centre."

"It was very nice and the staff was great. It’s a little outside the city so you will have to take public transportation to get to the city center for main tourist attractions, but the tram stop is only 200 feet away. There is also an Italian restaurant called Le Filippo nearby that we went to a couple times that was great for dinner."
