"Beds were terrible we had 2 single twins so not comfortable i woke up on the first night with awful back ache like never before I could of cired when I woke up. My mum has fibro all her bones where hurting her when she got up they put extra mattress topper on but didn't make any better I had to sleep in the chair that was more comfortable when complaining the lads didn't understand it was the manager we will not be staying at hilton hotel again it was very disappointing"

"Room clean and well set out. The major issue was I was ground floor with patio doors opening out to parking as area for the golf club.. no air conditioning in the room ment had to TRY and sleep in a 30+ room not good. Otherwise mostly ok Breakfast was not worth £19.98 nice coffee tho.. Parking & staff was ok I did expect a little more the bar was like a sports bar not my scene."
