"Consistent property. Front desk staff is great. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Need to replace all the plugs so they hold chargers tightly. Other reviews have mentioned this as well."
"The breakfast menu is limited; the only hot thing is the waffles. I was expecting some eggs for this price. Stayed for two nights - they cleaned the bathroom but did not make the bed. Was told that I had to request the service, which is not mentioned anywhere."
"I’ve stayed at this property for over a decade due to its location and because it’s a chain hotel, I thought I could count on a minimum standard. Not so.
The place is in severe decline. My friend and I had 2 rooms for 7 days each and..
- we had tepid to cold showers everyday.
- flood in breakfast area from ceiling leak.
- filthy elevators
- followed by man with broom and dustpan onto elevator asking for tips. The front desk could see him clearly. We felt very uncomfortable.
- taped down carpet by elevator on 4th floor
- we talked with front desk personnel and a manager with nothing but a “sorry”.
This place is a horrible representation of a Best Western Plus hotel.

"Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10

"Stayed here for just a short time so didn't need to use laundry facilities, etc.
Pros: In better condition than other places we have stayed in a similar price range. Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. The fridge was sparkling clean and we were given a freshly cleaned shower curtain without asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: beds are very squishy, so if you need a firm mattress, this might be a problem. TV has limited number of channels and our room smelled like cigarettes, as most rooms in long-term places seem to do."
"Food good, great coffee
Very friendly staff
Valet parking easy BUT it was raining we brought car up, then allow 2 ladies to struggle loading our luggage."
