"The hotel is very beautiful and cozy! The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious—thank you to the chef—and the server was very courteous. At the market, the gentleman made me an amazing cappuccino! I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts, and I will definitely recommend your hotel!"
