"Great location in Madrid and a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is small but perfect, with clean rooms that are a good size. The staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. One of the girls on reception kindly let us check in early as our room was ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. A nice extra touch was the daily water bottles each morning, along with a 24-hour coffee machine, drinks and snacks available upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.). The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants. "郊外に行くため、チェックインの4日前から荷物を預かってもらいました。チェックイン時には既に大型のスーツケースを部屋に入れておいてくれました。荷物を運んでくれたり、こちらの質問にも快く答えてくれました。 フロントスタッフの皆さんはどの方も気さくで親切でしたし、お部屋の施設は完璧でした。タオル、ミニ冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、必要なものが全部揃っていて快適でした。繁華街にあって便利ですが、一旦お部屋にはいると静かでぐっすり休めました。ドアが二重になっていたからかもしれません。 ホテル周辺には小売店、バル、レストラン、デパートが揃っており便利です。デパートは歩いて5.6分なので出発日もお土産を買いに行きました。フロントスタッフにタクシーを呼んでいただき空港までは約15分、非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。また、ぜひ滞在したいホテルです。"
