"We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available."

"Das Zimmer war mehr als inakzeptabel. Es war der Switch (WLAN Verteiler) im Zimmer. Dieser hat durchgehend laut gebrummt, sodass es bei dem Lärm kaum möglich war zu schlafen. Zudem gab es keinen Verdunklungsvorhang, weshalb das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht hell erleuchtet war (direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich die Leuchtreklame des Hotels). Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens verbunden, damit überhaupt die Wasserzufuhr möglich ist."
