"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available."

"Everything is great about this resort- from hotel, restaurant food, rooms, swimming pools, ski slopes logistics and customer service. I will visit again in a heartbeat. The only con is- the blankets are too small but this is normal for Austria and Germany, I noticed. Totally recommend."

The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff.
