"The breakfast was a huge convenience. There were a variety of things to choose from. The staff were friendly. The room had a bunch of small ant like bugs that were crawling on everything in the room. You could see the trail coming from behind the closet. The room had areas of hair and dirt in corners of the bathroom and by the front door that were missed. The ice machine did not work on the floor that we stayed on."

"This is a simple, but elegant place to stay. The staff was excellent in dining suggestions, breakfast was varied in foods being offered, it's walking distance to the university's botanic garden, neighborhood is colorful and safe."

"I wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. I left early because the location is awful and the woman who runs it is a drunk who gambles all day in front of the TV in the bar downstairs. She is an awful person. Avoid this place like the plague. Don’t ever go near here. There are stray dogs and stray roosters going all over and 5 or 6 drunks at all time downstairs. The music from the bar is pounding at all times. I am reporting them to the police for fraud and theft. Purely miserable. They should be investigated and shut down. There are not words in English that are bad enough to describe how awful the check-in woman is"

"It is located inside a hospital, the entrance to the hotel lobby is the same entrance of the emergency. But the hotel was ok, useful"

"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"La propiedad requiere mantenimiento ya que la cerradura de la puerta no servia en una de las habitaciones y en la otra era muy dificil manejarla. No tiene ascensores y hay que subir 3 pisos por escaleras (fatal). Deberian indicar que no tiene ascensor, ya que no se advierte en la plataforma. No habia agua caliente. "
