"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und hatte gute Auswahl. Man konnte auch draußen sitzen und unter den schönen großen Bäumen essen. Das Fsmilienzimmer hatte gute Größe. Die Klimaanlage fehlte schon im Zimmer, da Westseite. Zumindest ein Fenster konnte geöffnet werden. "Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. "Beautiful, quaint hotel along the river in a small hamlet. Staff are amazing. So accommodating and pleasant. Literally could not do enough for us."

"Ich hatte einen Einzelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber für meine Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend, das Bett bequem. Auch das Bad war nicht groß, aber sauber und im guten Zustand. Das im Zimmerpreis inbegriffene Frühstück war reichhaltig, es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Man kann abends im Restaurant gut essen. "
