"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. I finally left a note with my room keys on the desk explaining that I could not...

"Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The wonderful woman at the desk found out that my 2 sons and families and my husband an I were there for a funeral for my mother. She worked to adjust our rate for the bereavement rate. That was so nice of her and much appreciated."

"The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot."

"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "
