Gebruik van koffie en thee is gratis in de woonkamer. Erg rumoerig en gehorig. Lopen over de trappen, hard praten op de gang.Waarbij opgemerkt dat geluid van medegasten hoorbaar mag zijn maar dat ik verwacht dat het na 23:00 toch wel rustig is en niet dat men tot half4 in de nacht blijft rommelen. let goed...
