"The hotel is well situated and staff very helpful & accommodating."

"I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027."

"No air conditioning but the staff was able to get us a fan which helped a lot. It’s an older building but fits the general vibe of the town. Overall, was fine for our stay in Orta."

"Great hotel! I stayed here with my dad during the Oceanman event. The location is perfect, as it's only a few meters from the start area of the Half Oceanman race. We received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The pizza was delicious, light, and well prepared. "A great place to stay close to Lago Maggiore and Malpensa Airport."

"What a beautiful little hidden gem in the heart of Quarna Sotto- the hosts were so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with freshly baked treats each morning- the area is beautiful - so peaceful and remote and is ideally placed for exploring the lake and the mountains we would definitely love to return- just perfect!"

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"Fantastically clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake and the gardens. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ery much enjoyed our brief stay."
