We stayed in the hotel twice, the first room we stayed was really cleaned. But the second time, not really happy. The bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned. Room was perfect for what we needed, clean and well set out. Staff were fantastic. Easy parking and kids loved the jumping pillow, pools and water park. Highly recommended holiday destination
