"I was first assigned a room with visible mold, water damage, poor maintenance, and obvious cleanliness issues. After I complained, the hotel moved me to another room the next day, but unfortunately it was also in poor condition. The attached photos were taken in both rooms and in the reception area, and accurately reflect my experience. The problems did not end there. "This hotel feels like it's straight out of a fairytale. It perfectly captures timeless European elegance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the staff are warm and attentive, and the food and wine were exceptional. Nestled among lush greenery just minutes from the city centre, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located for easy day trips to both Lake Como and Milan.
