"I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!"

"The apartment was new, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, near downtown and great restaurants. The light rail station is across the street."

"Berkman was easy to find, front desk help was very helpful and knowledgeable. Transition from parking garage to room was easy. I was impressed with the Latch App for keyless entry. My stay was short, so we were unable to fully experience The Berkman, I will stay again in the future for sure!!"
